M. Carina Andrade was fortunate to grow up on different ranches. She lived in a well-known horse ranch in San Diego until she was 15, where she was able to meet and share her time with different horses and their owners. Then she moved to Bakersfield, then moved to a ranch in Atascadero, and she has been living in Templeton on a ranch ever since. She graduated from Atascadero High School then attended California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo and graduated in 2015 with a B.S. in Animal Science. Go Mustangs!
Her love for animals began at a very early age. There has not been a time in her life when pets were not part of her life. She grew up having and taking care of cats, dogs, horses, cattle, goats, chickens, rabbits, birds, and other critters too. She has always loved being around animals all her life and has enjoyed their company.
Over the years, friends and family have entrusted their home and precious pets to her care because they knew she would treat them as her own. So with the encouragement from family and friends, Carina started “Born and Raised On A Ranch”, to professionally provide love, care, and attention to furry family members and to help loving pet owners live a worry free life when they cannot take care of their pet(s) and home.
As a local pet owner and lover, she knows that each owner and pet has his/her own specific requirements. She will do her best to customize all services according to you and your pet’s needs. Her goal is to maintain a stress free environment for you and your pets while you are away. Your pet and home is her top priority. She looks forward to meeting you and taking care of your pets.
